These Terms of Use govern your use of dataheartbeat.ai (the "website"), operated by Data Heartbeat Pte. Ltd. ("Data Heartbeat", "we", "us"). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

Any advisory services are provided only under a separate written engagement agreement.

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, the Executive Heartbeat Assessment and the Six Vital Signs, is owned by or licensed to Data Heartbeat and protected by intellectual property laws.
